We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Orders may only be cancelled before entering manufacturing. After production begins all sales are final. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund via check.

8.2 Product Warranties

Shutters and Millwork Industries warrants its wood and vinyl plantation shutters to the original purchaser for a period of 25 years from time of purchase to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to shutters properly sized and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, and/or finishes applied by anyone other than Shutters and Millwork Industries. Misuses would include evidence of mishandling such as dents on corners, tilt rods removed, broken or damaged shutters that have been removed and altered by someone other than factory approved personnel, exposure to moisture, and/or inappropriate cleaning agents.

If a Shutters and Millwork product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product which fails to conform to this limited warranty.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.3 Information Accuracy

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
